Each person can be restricted below the organisation ceiling. Their Bluecollar role remains the final permission boundary.
Assist follows your permissions and company rules. It cannot change its own access or alter audit evidence.
Inspect, correct or erase preferences that Assist has been explicitly allowed to remember for you.
Approved policies and guides can inform answers. Their content is treated as untrusted evidence, never as instructions to the AI.
